Buyback Policy

We offer a buyback option for silver jewelry originally purchased from Ahsiam By Dulari — but this can only be done in person at our store, not online.

In-store only — no online, courier, or postal buyback

  • We do not accept pieces sent by courier, post, or through any online return/shipping process for buyback. Sending a piece to us by mail without prior in-store verification does not count as a buyback request, and such items will not be processed for valuation or refund/exchange.

  • You (or your authorized representative) must bring the piece physically to our store during business hours for inspection, valuation, and processing.

  • Why: silver purity, weight, wear, and authenticity must be verified in person against our own hallmarking and records before we can quote or honor a buyback value. This protects both you and us from disputes that are hard to resolve remotely.

Eligibility

  • The piece must have been originally purchased from Ahsiam By Dulari.

  • Original invoice/bill must be presented at the time of buyback.

  • The piece must be genuine and unaltered (no third-party repairs, resizing, or added stones/components) since original purchase.

What is not eligible for buyback

  • Customized, engraved, or personalized pieces

  • Pieces without the original invoice

  • Pieces visibly altered, repaired, or damaged beyond normal tarnish/wear

  • Jewelry not originally purchased from us

Valuation process (in-store)

  1. Bring the piece and original invoice to our store.

  2. Our team will verify purity, weight, and condition on the spot.

  3. We'll quote a buyback value based on the prevailing silver rate on that day, less applicable making charges/wastage as per our standard valuation grid.

  4. If you accept the quote, payment is settled immediately — as store credit, bank transfer, or exchange against a new purchase, as you prefer (subject to what's offered at the time).

ID and documentation
 Please carry a valid government ID along with the original invoice for verification, especially for higher-value buybacks.

Important note
 Buyback value is determined by the prevailing silver rate and piece condition on the day of the in-store visit — it is not fixed at the time of original purchase and may differ from what you paid.
