•      We make every effort to display finish and detail accurately; slight variation in shade, weight, or finish may occur due to screen settings or the handcrafted/hallmarked nature of silver jewelry.

•      Silver is a natural metal that may tarnish over time with air and moisture exposure — this is normal and not a manufacturing defect. Care instructions are provided with each piece.

4. Orders and payment

  • Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we reserve the right to accept or decline any order (e.g., in case of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud).

  • We accept online payments only — UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking, as noted at checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

  • An order confirmation email/SMS does not guarantee stock availability; we'll notify you if an item cannot be fulfilled.
