Refund Policy

No separate refund process
Ahsiam By Dulari does not offer refunds — cash, bank transfer, UPI, or reversal to your original payment method — under any circumstance. All purchases are final. The only relief available is a store voucher via exchange, and only in the limited cases outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item received).

Voucher issuance timeline
Once your exchange request is approved and the item is received and inspected, your voucher is issued within [3–5] business days, sent as a code/credit note to your registered email or phone number.

Voucher validity
The voucher is valid for 2 months from the date of issue and can be used in a single purchase or split across multiple purchases, until the balance is exhausted.

Partial vouchers
May apply if:

• Only part of a multi-item order qualifies for exchange

• An item shows minor signs of use upon inspection (assessed case by case)

Shipping charges
Original shipping charges (if any were paid) are not included in the voucher value, except when the exchange is due to our error (wrong/defective item).

Sale items
Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code, if eligible for exchange, are credited as voucher at the price actually paid, not the original MRP.

Order cancellations
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it is final. [If you still want to allow cancellation before dispatch, let me know — otherwise this line can simply state cancellations aren't accepted after payment.]
